ARKVX

ARKVX is Class D of the ARK Venture Fund, a registered closed-end interval fund providing exposure to a portfolio of private and public companies across sectors and stages of development. The ARKVX Token brings ARKVX on-chain as an Entitlement Token representing an investor’s interest in the underlying fund shares. The project connects a traditionally managed investment fund with blockchain infrastructure, enabling eligible investors to hold and interact with their ARKVX position through supported wallets and on-chain applications.
