FUD

FUD is a social LONG/SHORT prediction market platform for crypto assets, operating on Solana mainnet. Users fund an account with USDC, create markets on eligible cryptocurrency tokens or events, publish a thesis, and take positions on defined outcomes within specified timeframes. Orders execute when matching liquidity is available. A Solana program escrows aggregate collateral and records settlement transactions, while order matching, user balances and outcome processing are managed by the application backend. FUD supports permissionless market creation, recurring 15-minute markets and selected event-based prediction markets. The platform also provides social features that allow users to share positions, market opinions and trading results. The separate $FUD ecosystem token is issued on Solana and is distinct from the USDC collateral currently used for trading.
