H0.81 Capital is a Solana protocol that functions as a private bank for AI agents. It lets users deposit USDG into a shielded pool and issue programmable allowances whose rules—lifetime budgets, spending rates, per-transaction limits, expiries, and allowed counterparties—are enforced by zero-knowledge proofs. An agent can spend only within those rules; any violation produces no valid proof and cannot be executed. Owners and agents can generate selective disclosure proofs that reveal a single fact, such as a minimum remaining balance, to a designated audience without exposing the rest of the account. Streamed allowances can be pledged so that a fixed share of every spend is automatically routed to a lender on-chain, enabling borrowing against private cashflow without escrow or oracles. Additional features include capacity staking with the H081 token, which sets desk and shielding limits, and a safety pool that can cover insured loan shortfalls. The core programs are live on Solana mainnet and have not yet received an external audit. The H081 token is not required to use the bank and confers no revenue or governance rights.
