HEY Research Lab is the builder-discovery and project-showcase layer for Robinhood Chain. It answers one question: which projects are still building, what have they shipped, and which of them are not yet getting much market attention. Every listed project has a verified ship timeline (releases, deployments, integrations, docs, community output for memes) with the source kept on record for each event. From that, HEY derives a plain activity status (Shipping, Active, Quiet, Dormant) and a "Still Building" mark for projects that kept shipping through a market drawdown. Status comes from developer and project activity, never from price; market cap is shown only as context. The methodology is public and versioned. Around the catalogue sit a Scout research layer where researchers verify projects and publish evidence-backed notes, a free public read API and an MCP server for AI assistants, embeddable badges, a weekly rollup, watchlists and feeds. Browsing never needs a wallet. $HEY is the platform's work token: it pays for placements and research requests, pays researchers bounties from the treasury, backs bonds behind research claims, and unlocks holder access tiers. Organic rankings are never for sale and never depend on the token.
