Ink Cat ($ICAT) is a fully community-owned memecoin native to the Ink blockchain, which is an Ethereum Layer 2 network with chain ID 57073. The project was created by the community in response to a public moment involving a risk manager cat associated with the broader Ink ecosystem. It has no official connection to Kraken or to the Ink development team. The token has a fixed total supply of one billion, carries zero buy or sell tax, has no contract owner, and includes no ability to mint additional tokens after the initial launch. All launch liquidity was permanently burned. The only purpose of the project is meme culture and community ownership on the Ink chain.
