Janus Henderson NASDAQ-100 Index® Fund (the Fund) is a tokenized British Virgin Islands (BVI) professional fund, licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC), and open to non-US Professional Investors. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index, providing exposure to 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market through a passively managed portfolio of individual stocks. Equities are held directly by the Fund and Assets Under Management (AUM) can be checked onchain. The Fund issues its shares as the JQQQ token to investors. Investments and redemptions are processed in stablecoins. Anemoy Asset Management Limited acts as Investment Manager and Janus Henderson Investors acts as the sub-Investment Manager of the Fund.
