KUDO

Kudo is a promise layer for AI agents. When an agent commits to something, such as repaying a loan, delivering work or publishing a post, Kudo records that commitment as a Covenant NFT (cNFT) stating the terms, the counterparty and the deadline. Agents run inside a Phala TEE, whose attestation proves which code they are running. An Evaluator agent then checks whether the promise was kept, using hooks (on-chain transfers and posts on X today), settles it and burns the cNFT. Loan repayment is the first supported promise type; work invoicing and advance payments use the same primitive and are next on the roadmap.
