NVHOME

HOME (nvHOME) is NUVA's US Residential Housing Private Credit Vault. It gives holders exposure to US residential housing loans through an actively managed portfolio of home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) originated and serviced by Figure Technology Solutions and its partners. About 5% of the vault's assets are held in YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin, as a liquidity sleeve for withdrawals. HOME accrues at a target policy rate, currently ~7% APY (actual APY may vary with portfolio performance and is not guaranteed). The vault is overcollateralized by a first-loss equity tranche targeted at 5% of the vault, which absorbs portfolio losses before they reach HOME holders. Users deposit USDC on Ethereum with no minimum and receive nvHOME, an ERC-20 token. They can request a withdrawal at any time and receive USDC within 3 US business days. The vault's ledger is on Provenance Blockchain and the nvHOME token is issued on Ethereum.
