Prometheus (ticker $PROMETHEUS) is a fixed-supply token on Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer-2 network operated by Robinhood. The token was deployed on 28 August 2026 through the WIRE bot after an X reply from the official Grok account restated a launch command. It was issued on the Pons v2 bonding curve and is quoted against SPCX, Robinhood’s tokenized SpaceX Class A share. After the curve filled, liquidity moved into a Uniswap v4 PROMETHEUS/SPCX pool. Total supply is 1,000,000,000 tokens. Trading fees on the pair are collected in SPCX rather than a stablecoin or native gas token. The name references the Titan Prometheus, a 2019 public remark by Robinhood that the company nearly used that name, and the bronze Prometheus statue under construction at SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Texas.
