TLO

Taler is an on-chain asset management protocol deployed on Ethereum Mainnet that operates permissioned and permissionless vaults for depositors seeking exposure to curated yield strategies. TLO is the share token of Taler's flagship vault, representing a depositor's proportional claim on the vault's underlying assets. Users deposit USDC into the vault and receive TLO in return; TLO's value accrues as the vault's strategies generate yield, and it can be redeemed back for the underlying deposit asset through the vault's redemption module. The protocol is built around a modular architecture: a VaultFactory deploys vault instances, an AdapterRegistry manages integrations with external yield strategies, an OracleMiddleware provides pricing, and an AsyncRedemptionModule handles withdrawals. Access to vaults and their roles (curator, executor, owner) is governed on-chain through a ProtocolAccessManager and per-vault AccessManager/RolesModifier contracts. TLO is also bridged to NEAR via NEAR Intents, where it can be swapped through the 1Click solver network in addition to being minted and redeemed directly against the Ethereum vault.
