USA₮ is a stablecoin. Digital money that lives on the internet, not in a vault. It’s designed for one purpose: to always be worth one U.S. Dollar. USAT is a USD-pegged token (1:1), fully collateralized (100%) by short-term U.S. Treasury Bills. Each USAT token represents a claim backed by U.S. Treasuries held off-chain, with no rehypothecation or leverage. The issuer is Anchorage Digital, a U.S.-regulated digital asset institution.
