Description
VaultBags is a treasury protocol on Solana, built on the Bags launchpad's fee-sharing system. Trading fees generated by integrated tokens are automatically converted into tokenized real-world assets: physical gold (GOLD, issued by Oro), the S&P 500 (SPYx, issued by Backed Finance), and USDY (issued by Ondo Finance), a yield-bearing token of short-term US Treasuries and bank deposits. Holders claim their proportional share of these assets directly to their own wallets; nothing is airdropped. An automated process claims and converts fees every 15 minutes, splitting each cycle 70/20/10: 70% becomes claimable by all holders, 20% funds a boost for holders who lock their tokens, and 10% builds protocol-owned liquidity on Meteora that is permanently locked. Operations are designed to be independently verifiable: reserve wallets are named and readable on-chain, each day's payouts are committed to a Merkle root stamped on Solana, and the open-source vaultbags-cli recomputes reserves, payouts, monthly reports, allocation decisions and the locked liquidity position against any Solana node.
