The token contract holds tokenized TSLA and SPCX at the companies' market-cap weights, and redeem() burns XCORP and pays the holder their pro-rata share of both, any time. All liquidity outside the 6% founder allocation is locked forever in one XCORP/USDG Uniswap v4 pool with a 3% fee and no hook.
