Zeno Divergent is a research-stage “model of models” for evaluating forecasts about measurable future events. Its related data systems, Offdiagonal and NotFlat, record forecasts with their issue times, targets and horizons, then compare them with outcomes published later. Zeno studies when individual forecasters, simple averages or learned combinations are reliable for specific weather, environmental, economic and market questions. Its public Arena is being developed to make those records and comparisons understandable. $ZENO is intended to support open, verifiable forecasting challenges; the challenge programme is not live yet. Model performance is reported with baselines and limitations, not guaranteed.
